Yes, we accept third-party factory audits and can cooperate with audit or inspection agencies appointed by the customer. We also hold FSC Chain of Custody certification. Audit scope and schedule can be confirmed in advance.

Our core product lines include bamboo-barrel graphite pencils, coloured pencils and mechanical pencils，promotional pencils and customised OEM，We also develop customised bamboo writing instruments according to customers’ designs and requirements.

The main difference is the barrel material. Bamboo pencils feature natural grain patterns, giving each pencil a distinctive appearance that is well suited to promotional gifts and brand customisation. Wooden pencils have a more established supply chain, consistent appearance and familiar sharpening experience.

When the same pencil core is used, the writing performance is generally similar. The final quality mainly depends on the core, material processing, bonding and production control.

Yes. We offer graphite cores in different hardness grades and coloured pencil cores. Other specialty cores can be developed according to the required colour, diameter, writing effect and order quantity, subject to sample confirmation.

We offer natural bamboo-colour barrels with a clear varnish finish in round, triangular and hexagonal shapes. Custom barrel dimensions, surface finishes and logo designs can also be developed subject to sample confirmation.

The MOQ for OEM and private-label projects starts from 30000-50,000 pencils.Flexible arrangements can be discussed on a project-by-project basis. Branded samples can usually be completed within 3–5 days after the logo and specifications are confirmed.

We offer free packaging design support and can also provide matching packaging boxes. The packaging material, structure, quantity, and price will be confirmed according to the project requirements

We prefer vector artwork in AI, EPS, PDF or SVG format. Please convert all fonts to outlines and include the required Pantone or CMYK colours.

High-resolution PNG or JPG files can also be reviewed, but vector files provide the best printing accuracy.

Yes. We can supply bamboo pencils and erasers, and assist in coordinating rulers, sharpeners and blending stumps to create complete Back-to-School kits or art sets.

The final product combination, sourcing, packaging, MOQ and lead time will be confirmed according to your requirements.

We take children’s safety seriously. Our black pencil cores have undergone SGS testing for the migration of specified elements under GB 21027-2020 and EN 71-3:2019+A1:2021, Category I.

As test requirements may vary by product configuration and destination market, full-pencil compliance should be confirmed for each customised order. Additional third-party testing can be arranged if required.

Yes. We offer pencils with natural bamboo barrels. For eligible certified orders, FSC 100% material claims and supporting transaction documents can be provided.

The MOQ for standard products starts from 1,000 pencils, making them suitable for smaller trial orders.

For OEM projects, the typical MOQ is 5,000–10,000 sets or 30,000–50,000 pencils, depending on the product specifications and packaging. Flexible arrangements can be discussed on a project-by-project basis.

Payment: T/T (30% deposit + 70% balance against B/L copy).

Conventional bamboo and wooden pencils do not have a fixed expiry date. When stored in a dry, ventilated environment away from moisture, direct sunlight and high temperatures, we recommend using them within 3–5 years.

For pencils with erasers, storage conditions should be monitored because the eraser may age earlier than the pencil core.

We conduct quality inspections before goods leave the factory. If you discover any damaged goods or quality issues, please contact us promptly and provide photos or videos, carton details, batch information and the affected quantity.

We will review the production and shipping records. If the issue is confirmed to be our responsibility, we will provide replacement goods, reproduction, account credit or another mutually agreed solution. For transport damage, we will also assist with the logistics or insurance claim.

We usually respond within one business day. Active orders and urgent production or delivery issues are prioritised, with a dedicated contact providing timely updates throughout the project.
