Zhejiang Banzhu Stationery specialises in bamboo-barrel graphite pencils and brand customisation. We support promotional merchandise distributors, corporate gifting providers, stationery brands and importers with heat-transfer logo printing, approved samples, packaging design and volume production.
Every bamboo barrel has natural variations in grain and colour. Before volume production begins, buyers can review a custom sample and confirm the logo position, size, colour, overall appearance and packaging requirements. Our pencils are developed for promotional campaigns, corporate gifts, events and private-label stationery collections.

Customisation & Delivery
Orders start from 1,000 pencils. After logo approval, a custom sample can usually be produced within 1–3 days. We provide free packaging design support; packaging boxes are quoted to the project. Daily capacity is 300,000 pencils. As a reference, a confirmed order of 100,000 pencils can typically leave the factory within 5–7 days. Final lead times depend on the approved specification, packaging, material availability and production schedule; international transit is not included.
Samples & Documentation
Samples are free, with courier costs paid by the buyer; custom-logo or dedicated-packaging sample terms are confirmed in advance. For eligible certified orders, FSC 100% claims and supporting transaction documents can be provided subject to order-specific confirmation. Existing SGS reports cover migration testing of specified elements in the black pencil core under GB 21027-2020 and EN 71-3:2019+A1:2021, Category I; they do not automatically apply to the complete pencil.
